一、个人简介

康悦,上海电机学院讲师、工学博士、硕士生导师。

2018年博士毕业于南京航空航天大学材料科学与工程学院,目前课题组成员有研究生4名,本科生4名。长期从事轻合金激光加工制造、增材制造调控、激光焊接数值模拟与工艺优化研究,近年重点拓展电子封装焊接、视觉识别焊接、核电装备焊接等前沿方向。聚焦航空航天、核电装备、电子封装、机器人系统等国家重大需求,深耕焊接工艺优化、缺陷智能控制、力学性能提升,搭建多物理场耦合仿真与工程化应用平台,推动智能焊接技术在高端装备与极端环境下的工程落地。

主持/参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划、上海航天科技创新基金等多项国家级、省部级及航天领域科研项目,主导激光焊接数值模拟、工艺验证与智能检测关键技术。以第一/通讯作者在The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology、Metals、Journal of Adhesion Science and Technology等国内外期刊发表学术论文10余篇,授权国家发明专利3项。

具备完善的研究生培养体系与工程实践指导经验,注重“仿真—工艺—检测—应用”全链条训练,面向电子封装、核电装备、智能焊接等领域,培养兼具理论功底、工程能力与跨学科创新素养的复合型人才。
